Alice Street in Essex Centre contains some of the oldest and most interesting houses from an architectural standpoint. Participants will learn about the history of the neighborhood, how the street got its name, the historical and architectural significance of the homes, and its evolution. Participants will also learn more about the conservation process and how that process will direct future development in the area.
